William Boyer

William Boyer, 77, passed away September 4, 2017 at St. Vincent’s Hospital. He was born on August 18, 1940 in Buffalo, New York to William and Helen Boyer. He proudly served our country in the United States Navy before marrying his beloved wife Kay.He was passionate about his family and had a lifelong love of golf. He worked in the insurance industry which led him to Jacksonville in 1980 where he lived for the remainder of his life.
He is survived by his daughters Maryclaire Andres and Katie Boyer; grandchildren Robbie, Claire, Alexa and Will. He was preceded in death by his wife Kay in 2003.
Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00pm, Monday, Sept. 18, 2017 at Quinn–Shalz Funeral Home of Jacksonville Beach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am, Tuesday, Sept. 19th in St. Paul’s Catholic Church of Jacksonville Beach with Reverend William Kelly as celebrant.
