Weston Jenkins

Weston H. Jenkins, 93, of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL passed away April 3, 2018. He was formerly of Corning, NY and was born in Elmira, NY April 27, 1924 to the late Harold F. and Pearl V. Jenkins. He loved being active in the community, he volunteered for the Cub Scouts and for the East Corning Volunteer Fire Department.

Weston attended Bucknell University and obtained his bachelor’s degree in 1949 and his master’s degree in 1950. He proudly served as 2nd Lt. in the U.S. Army Air Force as a pilot from March 1943 to July 1946. He also worked as a Physicist at Corning Glass Works and was an Entrepreneur of World In Color audio-visual business.

He is survived by his two sons, Chris and Cody; and four grandchildren.
