Wendy Christine Wade

Wendy Christine Wade born October 28, 1973, in Detroit, Michigan passed away quietly on May 31, 2023, in her home in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  Wendy attended the University of Georgia and later became one of the most successful salespersons in the history of Starwood Hotels being honored many times as one of their top 10 Global Salespersons. 

Wendy loved just sitting and watching the ocean from her condo in JAX Beach and driving her Jeep with the top-down listening to music. But most of all, she loved her two surviving children Halle Hewes and Harrison Hewes along with her loving parents Fran and Gary Wade of Ponte Vedra Beach Fl.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday June 7, 2023, from 5:00pm to 7:30pm at Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home, 3600 3rd Street South, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.  

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 545 A1A N Ponte Vedra Beach FL, 32082, with Reverend Christopher Knight as Celebrant.
