Sylvia "Sly" Stevenson

Sylvia Ann Stevenson born October 28th, 1966, was received by her father, James Williamson, and her husband, Billie Stevenson, in heaven on December 13th, 2023. She grew up in Miami and Jacksonville, raised her daughters in Northwest Tennessee, and returned home to the beach in Jacksonville for her remaining years.

While Sylvia was proud of many positions she held, her most proud achievement was her family and raising her daughters that survive her: Clarissa, Kelsi & Kendall.

She's also survived by her mother, Elizabeth, aunt, Mary, a son, Bryan, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. 

She was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary Post 283 and a University of Florida Gator Booster. She spent her last few years faithfully going to the beach, Gator football games, and countless live music concerts.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3PM, Friday, December 29th, 2023, at Quinn-Shalz, 3600 3rd St. South, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2PM, Monday, January 29th, 2024, at 8th Ave North (on the beach), Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
