Stacey Engstrom

Stacey Lee Engstrom, 49, passed away April 9, 2017. Born February 22, 1968 in Jacksonville, FL, Stacey was raised in Jacksonville Beach. She graduated from Fletcher High, class of 85-86 and was named Miss Fletcher. After graduating from UNF, she went to work for Bank of America in the Technical Department. Twenty years later, she became ill.

Stacey was a beautiful person, always there when needed. She loved her family and friends. Christmas was always at her house; her tree was so big they could hardly get it in the house. Lots of food, family, friends and presents—she made Christmas for a lot of people.

She loved her mother, Jacqueline Engstrom Werntz and her father, Milt Engstrom (who died in 1971). Also survived by her brother, Douglas F. Werntz; sister, Maria Fidazzo; a loving niece, Julianne Hayashi and her husband, Chad Hayashi; brother-in-law, Thomas Fidazzo; nephews, Douglas Werntz and Davis Werntz; aunts, Donna Gorirossi (Gene) and Nancy Sarver (Thomas); and wonderful cousins.

A Memorial Service will be Sunday, June 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home, 3600 Third Street South, Jacksonville Beach, FL.
