Sherrie Trechel

Sherrie Trechel, 59, passed away on January 7, 2017 at her home in Atlantic Beach, Florida. She was born in Ocean Grove, New Jersey and has lived in Florida since 1984. Sherrie’s passion for rescuing animals began at an early age when she would bring home squirrels, turtles, and other creatures in need. She is responsible for finding many dogs loving homes and was a volunteer for K-9 for Warriors. Her witty sense of humor was truly one of a kind. Her loved ones will miss the laughs and smiles she brought in such an effortless way.
She was predeceased by her mother Mary Mockridge. She is survived by her husband Thomas Trechel, her father William Mockridge, her sister Lisa Hall and husband Tim, and niece and nephew Denise and Timothy.
