Sharon Irene Daniel Pierce

Sharon Daniel Pierce, 72, passed away December 28th, 2022.  She was born November 3rd, 1950, in DeSoto, Georgia.
Sharon grew up in Leslie, Ga. with a lifelong love of music and singing.  She won competitive awards for singing and attended the University of Georgia.  She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and was a certified government accountant.  She retired from the City of Jacksonville financial department.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 26 years, Robert; her daughters Callie Hamm and Bonnie (Matthew) Augenstein, her son Mack Daniel; her grandchildren Gavin, Aubrie, Sadie, and Lacie.
She was predeceased by her sister Andrea and her grandson Colton.

She loved and was loved by her many "adopted" children.

Services will be held at St Justin Martyr Orthodox Church, 12460 Old Saint Augustine Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32258

Monday, January 2nd, Visitation in the Church (6:30p) followed by Funeral Service at 7 PM; and Tuesday, January 3rd, Visitation in the Church, (9:30a) followed by the Liturgy for the Departed (10AM) with interment immediately following in the Parish Cemetery.
