Sara Ashley Blalock, 28, of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, was born May 20, 1988 and passed away July 10, 2016.

She will be missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 15, 2016 in the chapel of QUINN-SHALZ Family Funeral Home with a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
