Sandra Mathews

Sandra “Sandy” Lynn Mathews passed away November 12, 2017 after a brief illness. Sandy was a long-time resident of Jacksonville Beach.
Sandy was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on October 25, 1943 to a military family. She grew up in several places including Germany, Finland, Washington, DC and Orlando, Florida where she graduated high school.
Sandy was the wife of the late Lt. Col. Jim Mathews, an Air Force B-52 pilot. After Jim’s death she relocated to Jacksonville Beach to be closer to her brother, Ross Bryant.
Sandy leaves behind a daughter, Elizabeth Williamson and her husband, Mel; grandson, Luke; brother, Ross and sister-in-law, Bonnie -- all of Jacksonville Beach.
A Memorial Service will take place Monday, November 20 at 2pm at Quinn-Shalz, Jacksonville Beach.
