Ruby Sewell, 98, passed away Feb. 14, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL where she lived for 17 years after moving from Atlanta where she spent many happy years teaching yoga, dance and exercise.
Ruby is preceded in death by parents, James and Kate Laney; and her spouse, Floyd. She is survived by her son, Floyd (Hilda); grandchildren, Richard, Tina Jolley and Eric; and great-grandchildren, Melissa (Joel) Dye and Kasey Faver.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017 at Fischer Funeral Care, 3742 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. in Atlanta. A private interment will be held at Westview Cemetery. (Fischer Funeral Care, 678-514-1000).
