Robert Selby

Robert Lee Selby, age 79, passed away on Thursday, May 10th, 2018, peacefully in his sleep at home. He was born to the late Paul Selby and Florence Hufnagle Selby, October 11, 1938 in Hanover, PA. Bob graduated from Delone Catholic High School. He worked for Roadmaster Truck Driving School as a student recruiter for 20 years. Prior to that, he worked for Gerber Products Co. as a District Manager for 26 years. He was married to Susan Selby, his loving wife for 43 years. Bob was an avid golfer and loved to bowl. He was a loving and caring father and a great friend to many. He loved to build and work on projects.

Bob is survived by his wife, Susan Selby, of Jacksonville, FL; Children: Daryl Kehr of York, PA, and Tiffany Selby of Jacksonville, FL; Grandchildren: Brandon Kehr of York, PA, and London Watt of Jacksonville, FL; Sister-in-Law: Judy Horner; along with two brothers, two sisters, 20 nieces and nephews, and 31 great nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Florence Selby; Brother, Phillip Selby; Sisters: Mary Sneeringer and Shirley Selby; Daughter, Joanna Selby.

A gathering will be held at Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home in Jacksonville Beach, FL from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2018 and the service will be at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach, FL at 11 a.m. on Tuesday May 15, 2018.
