Robert Mccauley Jr

McCAULEY Robert Bob G. McCauley, Jr., 68, passed away peacefully February 2, 2016. He was born May 14, 1947 in Sidney, NY, where he grew up and graduated from Sidney High School in 1965. After receiving his BA from Tri-State University in IN, Bob proudly served our country in the U.S. Army in Korea. Following his Army career, Bob retired from Chevron in CT, and enjoyed working at Fresh Market and Ace Hardware in Jacksonville, FL. Bob was an avid golfer, loved to hunt and fish and cook gourmet meals for his family and friends. He also loved his many family pets throughout the years. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Jill; sisters, Sandy Storino of St. Simons Is., GA, and Sally (Charlie) Morse of Chandler, AZ; nieces Caryn (Don) Hagglund, Robyn (Don) Kuhlmey and Tracy (Tony) Madden; great nieces, Jenna and Alexis Hagglund; great nephews, Ayden, Kyle and Tyler Kuhlmey, and Charlie Madden. Bob's family will be gathering to celebrate his life from 1:00-3:00 pm on Saturday, February 6, 2016 with Military Honors at 3:00pm at Quinn Shalz Funeral Home, 3600 Third Street South, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
