Renee Reagan

Mrs. Renee Leigh Reagan (Otten), of Saint Johns, FL passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at the age of 52.

Renee was born on September 25, 1968 in San Luis Obispo, California to her parents, P.J. and Sherrie Otten. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Elementary Education in 1991 and worked at Citi as an AML Operation Manager.

Renee spent many years at Citi, where she was a dynamic and well-respected leader. Renee was not only a manager of people, but a true mentor. She is best known for her welcoming nature, her honesty and her sheer desire to see others succeed. She will be greatly missed by her Citi friends and colleagues.

Renee married Scott Reagan in 1993, and together they raised two beautiful and very successful children. Both McKenzie and Spencer were her love and her light. She spoke of them often and we will cherish the memories of her stories. Renee dreamed of traveling through Europe with McKenzie and she was so proud of her pursuing a master’s degree in physical therapy.  Renee also beamed when she spoke about Spencer’s academic success and how excited he was to win the National FBLA award in high school, and of his recent transition to college. She was a loving, dedicated mother and wife, and we know she lives forever in their hearts.

Renee is survived by her husband, Scott; her children, McKenzie and Spencer; her sisters, Djuana Mai and Tanya Buckley. She is preceded in death by her parents, P.J. and Sherrie Otten; her brother, Jeffery Otten.
