Phyllis Bennett

Phyllis Lee Perry Bennett, 76, passed away February 18, 2017. She was born October 13, 1940 in Charlotte, NC and moved to Jacksonville at the age of 5.

Phyllis is survived by her children: Kevin Carmichael (Tina), Kirk Carmichael,  Kelly Bass (Jon), Tommie Lee Lehman (Jim); 7 grandchildren, Noreen Bruce, Melissa Buchanan, Justin Bass, Austin Bass, Nicholas Carmichael, Hunter Bass and Dylan Lehman; and 7 great grandchildren, Grayson Bruce, Gabriel Bruce, Karlee Buchanan, BellaGrace Bruce, Harmony Bruce, Reed Bass and Rex Austin Bass.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in Faith Family Fellowship, 2503 Tebassa Road, Jacksonville, FL 32216.
