Patricia A. Lynch

Patricia Ann Lynch, age 85, formerly of Neptune Beach, Florida, passed away on October 22, 2022 in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

Patricia was born on April 2, 1937 in Wilmington, Delaware to George and Harriet Kelley.  She graduated from Wilmington High School and Goldey-Beacom College. Pat enjoyed a 28 year career at the Medical Center of Delaware, rising to the position of Associate Vice President and Administrator. Pat was a kind and loving person and was liked and respected by everyone she met.

A devout Catholic, Patricia was an active member of St Paul’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach and served as Vice President of the Council of Catholic Women.  She also volunteered at the St Vincent de Paul Thrift Shop for many years. She lived her life serving others.

Pat was predeceased by her parents, George and Harriet Kelley in 1974 and by her husband Edward A Lynch in 2007. She is survived by her son David Bennett (Jane), her 2 grandsons Bryan (Lucy) and Michael (Amber), and her great grandchildren, Becky Jane and Elijah.  She is also mourned by her brother, George Kelley (Katie), their children and grandchildren and her favorite uncle, Stanley J Czerwinski. 

‘MomMom’ will be also be sorely missed by Wolfgang Panicali, her godson, whom she raised from 5 months of age. 

A Memorial Mass will be held in Patricia’s honor at St Paul’s Catholic Church, 523 Pablo Avenue, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250 on December 3, 2022 at 1 pm.
