Michael Thomas Mulligan, 65, passed away Feb. 6, 2015, at the age of 65.
He is survived by his wife, Gale, and numerous relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Feb. 13, 2015, in Christ the Redeemer Church of Ponte Vedra Beach.
