Marjorie Miller

Marjorie R. Miller, 85, of Atlantic Beach, FL passed away March 17, 2016 at Baptist Beaches Hospital in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
She was born January 11, 1931 in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Bethany College (WV) in 1952 with a degree in Modern Languages. Marjorie was married to her college sweetheart and loving husband, Thomas, for 48 years. She dedicated her entire adult life to her family and each member greatly benefitted from her generous, caring, and loving ways. Her sons viewed her as their lifetime role model. She was an avid reader and had a special passion for mystery novels. Marjorie was also known for her love of animals, providing care or a home to many stray animals during her life. She relocated with her family from Northeast Ohio to Atlantic Beach in 1987.
Marjorie leaves behind three sons; Thomas of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Mark (Michele) of Charlotte, NC, and Matthew (Viviana) of Jacksonville Beach, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Jennifer, Joshua, Jessica, Joelle, Tommy, and Angela.
There will not be a memorial service. In memory of Marjorie, the family would welcome contributions to your local humane society.
