Madeline Ciupak
August 21, 1953 — April 20, 2017
Madeline Ann Ciupak, 63, passed away April 20, 2017 following a battle with congestive heart failure. She was born August 21, 1953 in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Neptune Beach in 1981.
Madeline educated many young minds in the Duval County area over 25 years. She received her Bachelors of Education from Ladycliff College and her Master’s Degree from the University of North Florida. Madeline was a National Board Certified Educator and was a representative for the Duval County Teachers’ Union. In her free time, Madeline loved spending time with her family, traveling, cooking gourmet meals and enjoying the beach.
Madeline is survived by her husband, Roman Chip Ciupak; daughter, Justine; son, Matthew; grandchildren, Carson, Nicholas and Giuliana; sister, Susan; and nephew, Michael.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12pm, Friday, April 28 in St. Paul’s Catholic Church with Reverend William Kelly as Celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers a donation to the American Heart Association.
