Kim Lori Wink, a wife and a mother left this world on Tuesday, the 31st of May, 2016. Born in 1957 in Miami, Florida, Kim was an inspiration to all who knew her.
She had an abundance of love for life in everything she did, whether working retail, garage selling, farming, caring for animals, raising and homeschooling her daughter, Hannah, loving and supporting her husband, Corky or caring for anyone in need. To call her a friend was blessing beyond measure.
She had an imaginative artistic spirit, a graceful presence and cheerful approach to life. If you knew her, you were helpless to not love her. Everything she touched became a thing of beauty. Kim could soften the hardest heart, turn sadness into laughter and rain joy on the mundane. She had a true gift when it came to gardening, making anything grow and blossom.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce M. Wink, daughter, Hannah E. Wink, mother, Elizabeth H. Figueroa, and brothers, Darryl and Mitchell Figueroa.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Paul's Catholic Church, on 435 1st Ave N in Jacksonville Beach, FL, on Saturday June 11th at 11am. Please send all flowers to Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home, at 3600 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach FL.
