Kayleen Savonn Brown, 17, passed away suddenly on April 30, 2023. She was born July 30, 2005 in Jacksonville, FL. Kayleen was a Senior at Atlantic Coast High School. After graduation, she planned on starting her first job , attending FSCJ (followed by UCF), and spending the summer with her best friends.
Kayleen loved the beach, the water, and waking up early to watch the sunrise. She was an AP Art student who loved painting and drawing. She was crafty, she loved making and adding to her abundant bracelet and trinket collection. She loved the camera, making memories with her family and best friends. She enjoyed boba, Pokémon, music, March Madness, and thrifting.
Kayleen is survived by her father, Steven Robert Brown; mother, Sue Soth; stepmother, Elise Brown, brother, Hayden Brown; grandparents, Anne Brown, Ronnie Brown, Savonn Bann, Jonathan Soth, Eugene Cruz, Elizabeth Cruz; aunts, Mom Leveille, Alissa Krasinski, Kristi Brown; uncles, Terry Brown, Samuel Soth, Steve Krasinki, Thik Soth, Franck Leveille, EJ Cruz, Joseph Catbagan, Chantha Soth; cousins, Ethan Soth, Devin Catbagan, Crisna Soth, Caellum Krasinski, Cash Krasinski, Tre Leveille, Dru Leveille, Quincy Leveille, Tyler Dean, Brandon Dean; best friends, Prerna Nayyar, Lily Siegrist, Kyle Daughtry, Kalani Seyler, Manuel Sevilla, Mason Goodstein, Landon Byers, Yezen Farhan, Brian Flanagan, Simon Vieczorek, Noah Bailey, Noah Smith, Cristian Santana, Alex Lanhart, Caleb Allen, and Mochi; along with many other extended family members and friends.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2023 in the chapel of Quinn Shalz Family Funeral Home. A Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church with interment to immediately follow in Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery.
