Kathryn Beth Savoie

Kathryn (Harris) Savoie passed away due to natural causes on July 30, 2022, at home. She was born on August 29, 1960 and grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts. She graduated from Worcester Technical High School in 1979. She then graduated from Brom’s Barber School in 1980 and became a licensed barber. She worked as a barber for several years before moving to Rochester, New Hampshire in 1989. She devoted herself to her family as housewife and mother. She loved animals and raised a variety of pets over the years. She taught religious education and loved babysitting, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed feeding wild geese and ducks at her lakefront home in Jacksonville, Florida.

Kathryn is survived by her husband of forty-two years, Julien, daughter Jilienne, son Brandon, mother Blanche (August) Harris, sister Robyn Harris and grandchildren Noah, Emelynne, Luke, Fin, Lucy and Shelby.

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Monsignor James R. Boddie, Jr. will be the celebrant. A viewing will take place from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the church. Burial will follow the Mass. A reception is planned in the afternoon at the Hampton Park Amenity Center.
