Kathleen Riley

Kathleen (Kathy) T. Riley (Fitzpatrick) passed away on September 2, 2023, just shy of her 85^th birthday.  She was born in the Bronx and graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School. She married Tom on October 19^th 1957, lived much of her life in South River, NJ, and moved with her husband to the Jacksonville area in 1993. 

She is survived by her husband of almost 66 years Tom Riley, her brother Jim Fitzpatrick, her daughter Suzanne (Bob) Love, and son Michael (April). 

Beyond raising her two children, Kathy worked in several fields; but for much of her life, she worked in the Mary Kay Organization--so much so that one nickname for her was MK. During her time with Mary Kay Cosmetics, she became a Director earning many cars, traveled throughout the country and made many friends along the way. 

She enjoyed making women feel more confident and attractive and the get-togethers with their friends were such a bonus! She did makeovers from proms to weddings and many other special occasions.  

Kathy did not desire a funeral or service and we are honoring her wishes. The family requests no flowers.  But if a memoriam is desired her charity of choice was Wolfson Children's Hospital.
