June de Paoli

June Whidden de Paoli, 86, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Saturday, September 3 at her home.  She is survived by her son Paul (Cathy), daughter Sue Molm, grandchildren:  Lesley Miller (Brad), Dante de Paoli (Julia), JR Molm and Hays Molm and great-grandson Anderson Miller.

June was a caring and loving person to family members, a wide circle of friends, students and care givers who came into her life.

June was born in Montgomery, Alabama to John Wesley and Margaret Bible Whidden.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dante and her brother John Whidden, Jr.  June was a graduate of Plant High School and Florida State University.  She taught elementary school for 39 years retiring from Lutz Elementary in 1995.

June and her husband Dante were founding members of First United Methodist Church of Land O’Lakes; she was a founding member of the Lutz-Land O’ Lakes women’s Club and a member of the Daughter of the American Revolution.

Memorial services will be held at First United Methodist Church of Land O’Lakes on Saturday, November 12th at 9:30 am followed by a graveside service at Joshua Creek Cemetery Arcadia, Florida at 3:00 pm.
