Born in SC on October 27, 1975, John Eric Blanks passed on September 21, 2016, in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. He is survived by his wife Jill; son Braden; mother, Deborah and father David; and sisters Brittain and Jessica. Blessed in his life with energy and love for people, sports, and nature, his activities were many. Studied at the University of South Carolina and graduated at The University of North Florida, his pursuits were many. Raised Lutheran in SC, becoming Presbyterian in FL, his spirit was plenty. He was a coach, father, brother, son, friend, businessman, and most of all a loving soul.

Services:
Florida: Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Monday, Sept. 26th in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home of Jax Beach, with the service following at 11:00 a.m..
A separate service will be held at a later date in South Carolina.
