Frank Oates

Frank "Buster" Louis Oates, 59, lost his battle with cancer January 23, 2014. He was born on September 1, 1954 in Baltimore, MD. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 28 years Helen; two daughters, Kimberly (Clayton) and Kelsey; brother, Steve (Donna); and two sisters, Vicki (Ron) and Helen (Tracey). Service will be held at 11:00a.m. in Quinn-Shalz Chapel with visitation at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014.
