Frank Salvatore Natoli

Frank Natoli passed away Friday February 10, 2023.  He was born November 13, 1933 in Jamaica Queens, NY to his parents Felice and Anna, who immigrated from Santa Marina di Salina, Italy.

Frank raised his family with wife Iris in Hamden, CT.  A chemist for the Olin Corporation for over 35 years, Frank invented multiple patents for the corporation and was published on three occasions.  He received an accommodation for running into a building to render aid to two women during a shoot-out.  Frank retired and with Iris built their dream home on Marco Island, FL.  The two traveled all over the world together.  Frank, always an active individual, would work a couple shifts a week at Marco Fitness, played tennis, enjoyed going out on the water and Saturday dinner with their friends.  A Sunday favorite was making homemade pizza and playing dominoes.  Both Frank and Iris were devoted members to the San Marco Catholic Church.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Iris.  Sons Robert (Kimberly), Joseph (Karen) and Mark.  Grandchildren Joseph, Marissa, Nicolas and Tyler.  Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many, many cousins.  Frank was predeceased by his sister, Anna Maria.

A viewing will be held from 6-8pm, Monday, February 13, 2023 at Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home, 3600 Third Street South, Jacksonville Beach, FL  32250.

A Catholic Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am, Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church, 127 Stone Mason Way, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081.
