Evelyn McGovern

Evelyn McGovern, 95, passed away August 25, 2017. She was born December 20, 1921, in McKeesport, PA and grew up in Altoona, PA. She spent her retirement years in Neptune Beach, FL.

Evelyn is survived by daughters, Nancy Nichols (Richard), Jere Geis (Buddy), Susan Cox, and Melissa Carrey; grandchildren, Lisa, Jim, Adam, Jeni, and Jane; and great-grandchildren, Jackson, Casey, Colby, Jered, and Jackson.

A private viewing was held Sunday, August 27, at Quinn-Shalz in Jacksonville Beach. She was a member of First Christian Church in Neptune Beach.
