Elvira Bautista White (Nacis), 68, of Jacksonville, FL passed away early morning of Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at her home where she preferred to be with her loved ones. After a
courageous hard fought battle with cancer of over ten years, her incredible heart pressed forward with strength in God and trust in our Savior Jesus Christ.
Elvira was born on January 21, 1949, in Pozzorubio, Pangasinan, Philippines. The daughter of Dionisio and Adelina Nacis, she was the third youngest of 10 children. She diligently and enthusiastically worked nearly four decades for the military Morale Welfare and Recreation retiring in 2016. She loved the gospel and church, but mostly; she passionately loved being with her family, relatives, and friends.
Elvira is survived by her loving three children: Alex, Belinda (Dave), and Christopher, including seven grandchildren: Lyshia, Stasia, Ashley, Anthony, Mina, Matthew, and Sandra.
Furthermore, she treated her niece CoyMarie, nephew Daniel like her own, while loving the rest of her relatives in the United States and Philippines.
Funeral viewing and service will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 in North Jax Baptist Church, 8531 N. Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Viewing begins 10 am and church service 12 pm. The burial begins 2:30 pm at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
