Elvia Perkins

Elvia E. Perkins, 85, passed away October 2, 2021. She was born June 11, 1936 in Delicia, Cuba. She joins her husband Alfred B. Perkins USN Ret. After traveling the world, they resided and retired to Atlantic Beach, Florida.

After raising her children, she worked for Aramark at Mayport Elementary School for almost 20 years serving the children that brought her much joy in the cafeteria.

Elvia is survived by her son, Alfred Perkins II; daughter-in-law, Diane Perkins; daughter, Linda Perkins-Curry; Her sister, Mercedes Crump, 99 years of age, Sister-in-law Joyce Snow, 89 years of age. Many loving Nieces and Nephews who she loved dearly.
She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred B. Perkins, and 11 Brothers and Sisters and 8 Brothers and Sister in laws.

Memorial services by Quinn-Shalz to be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., October 12, 2021 at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church 2400 Mayport Rd Atlantic Beach, FL 32233
Followed by graveside burial service at Evergreen Cemetery Jasper, Florida at 4pm by Harry T. Reid Funeral Services.
