Elizabeth Ann Rickertsen

On Monday, July 11, 2022, Elizabeth (Liz) Rickertsen of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL passed away at the age of 74. Her husband, Bradford P. Rickertsen died in 2013. She leaves behind two sons, Paris F. Rickertsen of Jacksonville, FL and Jason L. Rickertsen of Jacksonville Beach, FL; one daughter, Leda J. Shalley of Austin, TX; a brother, Thomas J. Lane of Worcester, MA; three grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.

She was born in Worcester, MA on November 1, 1947, the daughter of Thomas J. and Marion (Convery) Lane. Liz was raised in Worcester and attended Framingham State University before moving with her husband to Minneapolis in 1979. They raised three children in Minnesota before moving south to settle in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. While there Liz worked as a teller for Vystar Credit Union for many years before retiring in 2019.
