Edward P. Fry

EDWARD P. FRY 2/21/1943 - 6-27-2022

Ed was born in Michigan City, IN to his parents Mr. & Mrs. Henry P. Fry. After his high school graduation he served 8 years in the Air Force with a year in Vietnam. He then was a Special Agent for the Burlington Northern RR in Minneapolis & Chicago. In 1990 he and his wife moved to Jacksonville, FL where he created his company T.R.A.C.E. Inc. becoming an icon in the Intermodal and logistics world.

Ed had a love of bass fishing, whether it was for fun or competition. He especially loved helping young kids with his same passion of the sport. His most memorable time was when he made it to the National Championship, in 2018.

Ed's love of life and engaging personality leaves his family and friends grateful their lives intersected through him. We will remember him with love and admiration for a life well lived.

In his final days Ed received great care at Mayo Hospital from Doctors and staff, he went to his Lord surrounded by his wife of 47 years, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
