Dr. Shailendu Shah

Dr. Shailendu K. Shah, 72, passed away July 18, 2016. He was born April 29, 1944 in Ahmedabad, India. He moved to the US in 1973 and retired in Jacksonville, FL in 2009.
He served his community as a dedicated physician for many years. In his retirement he enjoyed traveling the world with his wife and family, but perhaps his greatest joy in life was spending quality time with his grandchildren. He is survived by friends and family too numerous to name.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 22, 2016 in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home, with visitation 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service.
