Dr. Frances Bartlett Kinne, 102, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2020. She was born in 1917 in Story City, Iowa.
A Celebration of Dr. Kinne's life will take place in Jacksonville as soon as social distancing guidelines are lifted.
Dr. Kinne will be taken back to her home town where she will be laid to rest in a private graveside service Friday, May 15, 2020.
