Dori Warren Whitehead

Dori Warren Whitehead, 68, passed away peacefully at her home in Atlantic Beach, Florida on May 12th, 2023 with her beloved husband Terry by her side. She was born August 22, 1954 in Orange, New Jersey to Richard and Jean Warren. She grew up in Chatham, New Jersey. After graduating from Jacksonville University, she continued to live in the Jacksonville, Florida area, primarily in Atlantic Beach.
Dori spent most of her career as an IT Manager with Blue Cross, Blue Shield where she retired in 2009. Her passions included water aerobics, walking, and playing the role of “best groupie ever” supporting her husband Terry’s music.
Dori is survived by her loving husband of over 38 devoted years, Terry Whitehead. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and numerous nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Richard Warren Jr.
