Christopher Phillippo

Christopher S. Phillippo, 52, passed away at home in Jacksonville Beach on February 14th, 2020. He leaves behind to grieve his loss, his loving wife Stephanie, son Chris, sister Tara Floyd (James), nephews, and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father and stepmother Terry and Karen Phillippo.

Chris was a gifted guitarist and he was artistically talented. He was mechanically inclined and tried to live by the motto, “Improvise, adapt and overcome.” He had a keen interest in learning, especially history, aeronautics and space exploration.

Chris brightened a room with his humor and his sunlit spirit. There was music and light in his soul. With every guitar note and every glance Skyward to the Stars, he will be remembered with enduring love. " I want to see you dance again..."

A small private celebration of his life was held on Leap Day, February 29th.
