Chalapathi R. Gandham

Mr. Chalapathi Rao Gandham, 64, passed away January 27, 2025. He was born on March 31, 1960, in Kambhampadu, Andhra Pradesh, India. He grew up in Kambhampadu till the age of 17 and graduated with B. Tech from the first batch of Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada. 

 At the young age of 28 he worked diligently at HMT Corp. as a designer engineer and owned a printing press at the same time. Later on, he ventured into astrology and became a close associate of then Chief Minister N.T. Rama Rao. He worked for progress of Telugu Desam Party, local ruling party of Andhra Pradesh. 

 Mr. Rao, then turned a new page in life. With a lot of hard work, willpower and determination, he immigrated to the USA as a software engineer. He travelled all corners of the US in a very short time span. Working as a real estate agent, for the last 10 years he has helped many individuals to buy their dream homes.

 Mr. Rao was a proud man who was persistent in achieving expertise in any work he did. He enthusiastically supported not only his wife and children but also relatives, extended family members, friends and associates. He has always inspired and motivated people around him to reach unimaginable goals. Never held back in helping people and been nothing but a well-wisher to everyone 

 He is survived by his mother, Tulsiamma; wife, Sandhya; daughter, Gautami (son-in-law Karthik) and Tatini; sister, Vijay Lakshmi; brothers, Venkateshwar Rao, Srinivas, 

 A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 1:00 in the Chapel of Quinn Shalz Funeral Home.
