Cecilia "Ski" Ann (Krivitzky) Kale, born January 21, 1938, died December 8, 2017. Cecilia is survived by her sister, Gloria Bullis; nieces, Tammy Bullis and Lisa Bullis; nephew, Guy Michael Bullis; five sons, Richard McCormick, Stephen McCormick, Guy Allen McCormick, John M. Kale III, Patrick McCormick and his spouse Kim (Benge) McCormick; grandchildren, April (Barnes) Mullett and Patrick Leland McCormick; and former spouse, John M Kale Jr.
Cecilia, known to most as Ski, lived a life of generosity and kindness. She wasn't hesitant about lending a hand to those deserving of it.
She joined the Navy and served from June 18,1956 to November 13,1958. Being a Navy Veteran, and military spouse, she was well acquainted with the hardships and loneliness of a military family. Her voluntary services to the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and other various organizations was given as her way to honor those who serve and have served our country. Though, she may have given a lot of her time to others, she did find time for relaxing with beadwork, crocheting, and computer.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, December 21st at 11:3O a.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the National Park Services.
