Bette M. “Betsy” Eipper passed away from complications of surgery on July 4, 2017, with her entire family at her side.
A vibrant, beautiful, compassionate and courageous woman, her family, friends, and co-workers mourn her death and will miss her smile, infinite energy, and love of life. Betsy was a graduate of the University of North Florida’s nursing program, it first graduating class, and worked as a nurse and patient care coordinator at Value Options for 27 years coordinating the care of persons with mental health and substance abuse issues.
She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Kinsley (John), and her son, William A, Eipper IV (Lindsey), and grandchildren, Tyler Kinsley (Jennifer), Amelia, Olivia and Savannah Eipper, and a great grandson, Ethan Kinsley. She is also survived by her mother, Willie Meyer and her sister, Suzanne Judas (Rob). She was pre-deceased by her husband, William A. “Bill” Eipper III and her father, Alan “Wally” Meyer.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Palms Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Donations in her name may be made to MARR Addiction Treatment Centers, 2805 Clearview Place, Atlanta, GA 30340, Attn: Gigi Barnes c/o Betsy Eipper for treatment scholarships.
