Benjamin Uhland

UHLAND Benjamin Christopher Uhland, 24, passed away in Jacksonville, Florida April 8, 2013. He was a native of Jacksonville, FL born on October 29, 1988. Ben loved everything about the ocean, whether it was working on a fishing or charter boat, taking photographs of marine life, or just the peace it brought him. Ben loved his family and everyone he came in contact with. He had a smile that lit up a room and was very vivacious in nature. Benjamin is survived by his son, Ethan Christopher Espinoza who will turn four in May; his parents Chris (Kristi) Uhland and Arrin (Travis) Brunson; grandparents Chip Newton, Ken and Julie Beaudua, and Hugo Uhland; siblings, Terry, Elijah, Samuel, Emily, Gabriel, John, and Charles and numerous extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sarah Thomas. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 12, 2013 in Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home. The Memorial Service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 13, 2013 in The Church of Eleven 22, 14286 Beach Blvd., Ste. 2, Jacksonville, FL 32250.
