Barbara Snell

SNELL Barbara Schulte Snell passed away on November 24, 2015. She was born in Cleveland, OH on September 30, 1937 to Albert and Lucille Schulte. She attended Michigan State University. She worked for United Airlines. Her business career included managing travel agencies. Some of her favorite pastimes were playing bridge, golfing, volunteering with Sawgrass ladies. She was the President of the Ladies Guild of Saint Annes in Manlius, NY. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Bob; four children and eight grandchildren: Tracy Stevenson (Scott-Allison); David Snell (Jaime-Samantha, Remington, Zane); Kelley Matthews (Paul-Sawyer); Patrick (Mariesa-Olivia, Colin, Brody). She is also survived by her special friend and sister, Joanne Stork. There will be a Mass of Celebration at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church on December 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Leukemia Society of America, 1430 Prudential Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
