Alice Hutton

Alice Fay Hutton of Atlantic Beach, FL died February 20, 2017. Born June 10, 1926, she was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Temple Fay of Philadelphia, PA and is predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Robert C. Hutton
Alice Hutton attended Springside School, Philadelphia; Mount Holyoke College, Massachusetts; Temple University, Pennsylvania; and DeKalb College, Georgia. She taught Organic Speech Therapy.
Alice and Bob Hutton and their family lived in New Jersey, Ohio, Missouri and Georgia, before retiring to Atlantic Beach in 1985. Both Alice and Bob were active in the Beaches Baptist Hospital Auxiliary for many years and loved serving their Lord Jesus Christ as active members of Church of Our Savior (Anglican), Jacksonville Beach. Alice was a member of the Jean Ribault Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a past Regent.
Alice Hutton is survived by her children, Marion Neiser (Brent), Fay Netherton (Dr. David) and Richard Hutton (Beverly); 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is being planned, details will be forthcoming. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Church of Our Savior, 511 Pablo Ave., Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
