Alexander Nearbin

Alexander “Alex” Lee Nearbin, 26, of Jacksonville Beach died Sunday, March 4, 2018 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born January 22, 1992 in Jacksonville Beach Florida.  He was the son of Debra and Richard Nearbin. He graduated Fletcher High School in 2010, where he played for the Fletcher Senators football team. He spent several years working at the beaches bike shop in Jacksonville Beach. He was currently employed by Ring Power Corporation.

Alex is survived by his parents Deborah and Richard Nearbin of Ponte Vedra Beach Florida; his beloved girlfriend Ashley Bohannon and her baby son cash; his grandparents Marie and Len Gunnery of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida; and many aunts uncles and cousins. Alex was very popular, and he also leaves behind many beloved friends. He will be deeply missed.

The memorial service will be held on Friday, March 9 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home, 3600 Third St. South, Jacksonville Beach.
