Albine Gjondrekaj

In Loving Memory of Albina Gjondrekaj With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved aunt, Albina Gjondrekaj, who departed this life on February 4, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on May 25, 1950, to Balto and File Gjondrekaj, Albina was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and a cherished presence in our family.

 She is lovingly remembered by her brothers, Viktor, Dede, and Leke, and her dear sisters, Rita and Domenika. She is also fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, Liza, Rudina, and Majlinda. Albina leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion through her many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews, whom she adored and affectionately called her princes and princesses. Affectionately known as Dada, Albina was a guiding light in our lives—a source of unconditional love, wisdom, and unwavering support. She lived with conviction and strength, always placing family above all else. 

She passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who loved her. While our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in knowing she has entered eternal rest in the kingdom of our Heavenly Father. Her love, kindness, and legacy will forever live on in our hearts. A viewing will be held on Sunday, February 9th, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, at Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home, 3600 Third Street South, Jacksonville. May she rest in peace, and may her memory be a blessing to us all.
